Feeling uncomfortable in your ears lately? Is it not yet afternoon and you are groggy, with a heavy head and a dull cheek? Or even inexplicable emotions and stress one after another?
Due to the impact of the pneumonia epidemic in Wuhan, wearing masks has become a part of daily life.
When using a mask, the elastic tension of the elastic band will make our ears uncomfortable, and the medical cloth of the mask indirectly changes the way we breathe, causing dizziness and emotional stress.
After a mask makes us feel uncomfortable physiologically, psychological pressure and emotions arise spontaneously. In addition to washing hands frequently and spraying alcohol, many natural essential oils have the properties of purifying the air and the home environment, helping to fight bacteria, and some are even more effective in soothing uncomfortable symptoms.
Essential oils with different attributes have different characteristics and functions, and the following three essential oils are familiar to everyone:
1. Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil has a unique strong fragrance with natural purifying power and low irritation.
It is a potent anti-infective, anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, antiviral, expectorant, anti-mold, and antiparasitic agent.
2. Eucalyptus oil
